Terms of analysis

These terms describe the scope of independent Human Design analyses with Jonatan Kilefors. Tax treatment, consumer terms, and final refund wording should be confirmed with a Swedish accountant or appropriate adviser before production launch.
The work
Analyses are private, live, online conversations based on your chart and the situation you bring. They are interpretive and experimental. They are not predictions, medical or psychological treatment, legal advice, crisis support, or a substitute for other professional care.
I will not make decisions for you. I will not present this work as official Human Design training or as certified analysis. The practice is independent and is not affiliated with IHDS or Jovian Archive.
Request, acceptance, and payment
Sending a request does not create a booking and does not require payment. I review requests within two business days and may accept, suggest a more suitable scope, or decline.
Focused Reading and Personal Reading are paid in full before scheduling. Whole Design is paid in full, or in two automatic instalments when that option is offered. Calendar times are not held for unpaid requests.
Rescheduling and cancellation
One reschedule is included if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. A late cancellation or no-show forfeits the session, except in genuine emergencies at my discretion.
If you cancel before chart preparation has begun, the fee is refundable minus payment processing costs. After preparation has begun, the fee is not refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Exact amounts will be stated in the acceptance correspondence.
Capacity and fit
Each analysis is prepared individually. I currently accept up to six new clients each month. A request may be declined when the work cannot be offered responsibly — including requests for prediction, decision-making on your behalf, or crisis support.
Recordings and materials
Live analyses are recorded with your consent and provided for your personal use. Personal Reading and Whole Design also include concise personal keynotes and diagrams. These support the conversation rather than repeating the entire chart as a generic report, and they are not a licence to republish the session.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, with Swedish kronor as a reference. Consumer prices inclusive of any applicable VAT will be displayed once tax treatment is confirmed. Prices are not introductory, founding, or promotional at launch.
